Caviar burger for Zagreb Burger Festival

Zagreb Burger Festival is celebrating its fifth birthday of the Festival from September 2 to September 13, at the already known address in the city centre – Strossmayer Square where burger fans can enjoy tasty delicacies to the fullest.

A simple but carefully selected recipe consists of 100% local beef, homemade Special Submarine sauce, baby kale, spinach and chard salad, smoked homemade bacon, double grilled smoked cheese, homemade fried crispy onions and BBQ mayo sauce.

On the other hand, at the same time we wanted to take a step forward and test the limits and create a really special gourmet burger, La Fantasie.

The combination is really unusual – homemade beef with brie cheese on fresh arugula with foie gras and black caviar, enriched with Istrian white truffle sauce.
