Submarine Burger earns prestigious Top Workplace 2024 Award!

We’re beyond proud to announce that Submarine has been recognized as a Top Workplace 2024 in the hospitality sector!

This award, given by Luppa, means the world to us because it reflects the voices of our team—the people who are the heartbeat of Submarine. It’s a recognition of the culture we’ve built together, and a reminder to keep pushing forward to create an even better workplace for everyone.

The evaluation was based on three key criteria: eNPS (employee net promoter score), engagement, and an overall score across 12 dimensions of employee satisfaction—including communication, work-life balance, leadership, collaboration, learning and development, work organization, engagement, loyalty, innovation, change management, working conditions, vision and purpose, and autonomy. To win, companies needed to score at least 20% above the industry benchmark, making this recognition even more meaningful.
