Submarine arrives in Rovinj: opening our 22nd restaurant!

Rovinj has gained a new destination where great burgers, fresh local ingredients, and a laid-back seaside atmosphere come together. We have opened the doors of our new restaurant in Rovinj, our second location in Istria after Pula and the 22nd Submarine restaurant overall.

Opening in one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic is both an important milestone and a source of great pride for us. Rovinj is a place known for its appreciation of gastronomy, quality, and authenticity, values that have been at the heart of Submarine since day one.

Our new location boasts a stunning sea view, creating the perfect spot to enjoy your favourite burger, sip on a refreshing homemade lemonade, and spend time with friends during warm Istrian evenings.

Guests can expect everything Submarine is known for: burgers made from 100% Croatian beef, fresh locally baked buns, locally sourced fresh vegetables, and carefully selected ingredients from Croatian producers. For years, we have worked closely with local partners to build a menu rooted in freshness, sustainability, and transparent sourcing.

The opening also brings our new MENU to Rovinj, featuring four new burgers – Country Burger, Jalapeño Smash, Truffle Smash, and Spicy Chicken , alongside two new salads, Super Protein Salad and Pesto Chicken Salad, the new Beast Fries, and two refreshing homemade lemonades.

We are especially excited to bring this experience to both local guests and visitors from around the world, combining contemporary street food with the very best local ingredients and flavours.
